PARQUE DAS LUZES
The graphic novel report "Parque das Luzes" (LIGHT´S PARK) followed, for a year, the daily lives of women working as prostitutes within São paulo´s famous park, Parque da Luz. The story features the accounts of five women: Mariana, Lourdes, Kika, Fernanda, and Camila—as well as Cleone, one of the founders of the NGO Mulheres da Luz (Women of Light). They talk about health, daily life, violence, religion, media, and other issues from their personal lives.
